2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, the shipping method selected, and the destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Royal Living is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. For changes to the delivery address after an order has been placed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible if the order has already been dispatched.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the carrier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, it may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or refund the order amount, excluding shipping costs.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
